Ashlock Pitted Prunes (Plunger Pitted)

Ashlock refers to the way the prune was pitted, not the variety. Ashlock Pitted Prunes are re-hydrated to approx. 28-31% +/- 1% (high moisture) or 25% +/- 1% (low moisture), mechanically pitted, and re-inspected. These pitted prunes are perfect for retail packs and come in a variety of sizes, including 30/40, 40/50, 50/60, 60/70 count per pound. Available in 10 kg, 12.5 kg, and 30 lb. cases.

Elliott Pitted Prunes (Roller Pitted)

Elliott refers to the way the prune was pitted, not the variety. Taylor Elliott Pitted Prunes are re-hydrated to approx. 28-31% +/- 1% (high moisture) or 25% +/- 1% (low moisture), mechanically pitted, and re-inspected. These pitted prunes are perfect for manufactured or confectionery goods and come in sizes 70 and up count per pound. Available in 10 kg, 12.5 kg, and 30 lb. cases.

Natural Condition Prunes

Natural condition prunes are unprocessed, dehydrated, and free of foreign material and debris. Natural Condition Prunes (21% maximum moisture) come in all sizes, including 20/30, 30/40, 40/50, 50/60, 60/70, 70/80, 80/90, 90/100, 100+ count per pound, and are ready to be processed by buyers. Available in 30 kg. poly bag and 1 mt. super sack.

Whole Prunes

Our whole prunes have the pit intact and come in a variety of sizes, from 15-80 count per pound and can be rehydrated to approx. 28-31% +/- 1% (high moisture) or 25% +/- 1% (low moisture). Available in 10 kg, 12.5 kg, and 30 lb. cases.

Dried Cherries

Naturally sweet and rich in flavor, our California Dried Bing Cherries are a great source of dietary fiber and Vitamin C. Available in 10 kg (22 lbs.).

Prune Paste

Our Prune Paste is created from re-hydrated and ground prunes. This is a highly versatile, antioxidant-rich ingredient that can be used as a sauce base, baby food base, fat reducer/replacer, and moisture enhancer. Available in 30 lb. or 12 kg. poly-lined case.

Prune Concentrate

Our Prune Concentrate is made exclusively from our dried plums. This ingredient is a natural sweetener and can be used to control food pathogens, prevent mold, retain moisture, and reduce staling. Concentrate is available in bulk 55 gal. food grade steel drums double poly-lined.
