Diced Prunes

Taylor Brothers Farms Diced Prunes are pitted prunes that are cut into ¼” (6.35 mm), cubic-shaped pieces, with some random shapes.

Applications

Prunes are mainly used to reduce fats–e.g. butter, shortening and oil–in baked goods.

They help maintain that good, rich, flavor and feel, while adding sweetness and holding moisture.

Diced prunes go well in baked products, cereal and snack mixes.
