Tropical fruit smoothie

This quick and easy pineapple, banana and dried plum smoothie packs no fat, yet offers tons of flavor–perfect for breakfast on the go!

Ingredients

  • 1 container (8 ounces) nonfat lemon yogurt
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) pitted dried plums
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Directions

  • In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add ice cubes; blend until smooth, pulsing on and off.
