Tropical fruit smoothie
This quick and easy pineapple, banana and dried plum smoothie packs no fat, yet offers tons of flavor–perfect for breakfast on the go!

Ingredients
- 1 container (8 ounces) nonfat lemon yogurt
- 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 large banana, sliced
- 1/2 cup (about 3 ounces) pitted dried plums
- 1 cup ice cubes
Directions
- In blender container, combine all ingredients except ice cubes.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes; blend until smooth, pulsing on and off.
